The Abacan River “Blue Keepers” will join World Cleanup Day 2026 on September 19, bringing together at least 200 volunteers for a cleanup activity in Barangay Pampang, Angeles City. Led by Balibago Waterworks and the Metro Angeles Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (MACCII), the initiative highlights the shared responsibility of businesses and communities in protecting water resources and keeping waterways clean.
