
Following a successful online orientation on the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Balibago Waterworks System, Inc. (BWSI) and Argao Psych officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement on February 26, 2025, at the BWSI Maligaya Head Office in Angeles City.
Leading the signing ceremony were BWSI President Criselle Alejandro, VP for HR Bing Layson, Argao Psych President & CEO Dr. Renz Argao, and Managing Director for Workplace Mental Health Ar. Michael Gan.
This landmark event underscores BWSI’s strong commitment to prioritizing the psychological and mental well-being of its employees. Through its collaboration with Argao Psych, the company aims to further strengthen efforts in fostering a supportive, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace by providing employees access to various expert services, such as counseling, psychotherapy, and webinars, both onsite and online.
In her message, BWSI President Criselle P. Alejandro emphasized that employees are the company’s greatest asset. She stated, “Their mental health is crucial, and when it is well taken care of, they perform better—not only for the company but also for themselves, their families, and our nation. A strong and healthy workforce is what drives us forward.”
Argao Psych President & CEO Dr. Renz Argao proudly announced that Balibago Waterworks is the first water utility company to partner with them in launching an EAP, marking a significant milestone in the company’s dedication to employee welfare.
