Balibago Waterworks named among Best Workplaces in the Philippines for 2025

Okada Grand Ballroom, Manila—In a historic achievement, Balibago Waterworks System, Inc. (BWSI) has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in the Philippines for 2025 by Great Place to Work (GPTW) Philippines. Out of more than 250 companies that were certified, only 50 organizations earned this prestigious distinction, with BWSI securing the 10th spot in the Medium Category, making it the first and only water utility company to receive this certification.
The recognition was announced at the Okada Grand Ballroom in Manila last March 27, 2025, where industry leaders gathered to celebrate the champions of trust, innovation, and transformation. The event provided an opportunity for businesses to learn best practices in fostering collaboration, resilience, and a people-first workplace culture.
GPTW Philippines evaluates companies based on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership. Companies that receive the GPTW Certification undergo a rigorous assessment process, including employee surveys and culture audits, to determine their commitment to employee well-being and organizational excellence.
According to Antoniette Talosig, Managing Partner and Organizational Coach of GPTW Philippines, achieving this distinction requires a strong spirit of innovation, leadership, and unity.
