On June 9, 2022, Balibago Waterworks recognized the accomplishments of its President for more than two decades, Mr. Cristino L. Panlilio, and welcomed its new President, Ms. Cristina Isabelle P. Alejandro.
Sir CLP, whose leadership focused on institutionalizing systems, operating standards, policies, and procedures in the company after its acquisition in 1997, has generously shared and presented to BWSI leaders the guidebook entitled "BWSI Tools of Management to Enable and Sustain Good Governance". According to Sir CLP, this Philippine Quality Award Framework-patterned guidebook for BWSI leaders is a product of his own stint working with honored and recognizable businessmen in the country.
Ma'am CPA gladly accepted her new and greater role as the new president of the company. In her short but thoughtful acceptance speech, she acknowledged and thanked all the people whose support for her has been instrumental in the flourishment of her career through all these years.
